We offer simple subscription pricing, so that you always know what you’re going to pay.
All of the services you need will be bundled into one monthly price. We’ll start by having a conversation with you to see where you’re at, what you need, and how we can help. From there, we’ll give you a proposal outlining our recommended services.
Our packages typically range from $1500/month to $3000/month, depending on the size and complexity of your winery and the level of work we are doing.
No long term contracts and no surprises. Subscription pricing means that you will always know what you are paying and you won’t get a bill every time you pick up the phone to call us.

Make sure it’s
a good fit.
After you fill out our intake form, the next step is a Discovery Call.
If it looks like a good fit, we will send over a proposal for you to sign and get your winery scheduled for onboarding.

Enjoy seamless onboarding.
All of our engagements start with a thorough onboarding procedure. We will gather information and docs, do a deep dive on the health of your books, and take care of any clean up necessary.
We will meet with you several times throughout this process to make sure we all stay on the same page.

Benefit from an ongoing relationship.
After onboarding, you will begin working with your winery accountant. We fall into a regular cadence of weekly bookkeeping, monthly reporting, and quarterly check-ins.
You will always know where you stand financially and will be able to get answers when you need them.
