A pricing model designed for better service
We believe in predictable costs and lasting relationships. That’s why we use a subscription pricing model for our core monthly services—bookkeeping, payroll, and controllership. Once we’ve agreed on the basic scope of work, we’ll prepare a tailored package with all your monthly services bundled into one price.
We understand that needs can evolve over time or as we get into the details, and we are ready to be flexible as needed. Your investment reserves a dedicated portion of our team’s time, so we can focus on whatever’s most important for your winery. We also intentionally price our services to work with fewer clients, which means our team isn’t overextended and has the time and energy to give your winery the attention it deserves.
Monthly packages start at $2,500, and most wineries invest between $2,500 and $4,000 per month. Larger wineries may invest significantly more depending on size, complexity, and the depth of the work.
No long term contracts. No surprise invoices. Just clear, predictable pricing, so you can pick up the phone anytime without worrying about extra charges.
*Compliance services and advisory projects are available on an hourly basis, scoped separately from our monthly accounting packages.

After you fill out our intake form, the next step is a Discovery Call.
If it looks like a good fit, we will send over a proposal for you to sign and get your winery scheduled for onboarding.

Enjoy seamless onboarding.
All of our engagements start with a thorough onboarding procedure. We will gather information and documents, conduct a deep dive into the health of your books, and take care of any necessary clean-up.
We will meet with you weekly throughout this process to ensure we all stay on the same page.

Benefit from an ongoing relationship.
After onboarding, we will fall into a regular cadence of weekly bookkeeping, monthly reporting, and quarterly check-ins.
You will always know where you stand financially and will be able to get answers when you need them.
