Your monthly fee is based on the complexity of your winery, the services you need, and the amount of work required to provide timely, reliable accounting. After learning about your winery, we'll prepare a fixed monthly proposal tailored to your engagement.
Monthly accounting engagements start at $2,500, with most clients investing between $3,500 and $7,500 per month.

You’ll work with the same accounting team each month, so your books, inventory, and financial reporting stay consistent.

We work exclusively with wineries. Your accounting team understands wine inventory, production, DTC sales, tasting rooms, wine clubs, and winery payroll.
What’s included in monthly services?
Every engagement is customized, but most clients receive a combination of bookkeeping, payroll, month-end close, financial reporting, wine inventory accounting, controller oversight, and compliance support.

Recurring accounting services are provided for one fixed monthly fee. Compliance is billed by the hour. Some special projects may also be billed by the hour.

No. There are no long-term contracts or prepaid annual fees. If you would like to terminate your engagement, we require one full-month’s notice so that we can do a clean transition.

Yes. New clients typically pay a one-time onboarding fee to cover cleanup, system setup, and bringing your accounting up to our standards. We'll provide a fixed onboarding quote as part of your proposal.

Our clients are typically established wineries in need of a dedicated accounting team. Most of our clients have revenue between $1 million and $5 million.

While our services are best suited for establishe wineries, we are willing to work with new and/or small wineries that are willing to invest in their accounting services.
If we’re not the right fit, we’re happy to recommend another winery accounting firm who may be a better match.
