If you need a job where you are left alone, or where nothing ever changes, this is not the job for you. Communication and responsiveness are key. You must not only be a problem-solver, but someone who naturally shares what they learn from problem-solving and thereby elevates the the entire team.
We value transparency, positivity, learning, flexibility, and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a multi-client environment, be adept with QuickBooks Online, and bring a deep commitment to client service. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re adaptable, solutions-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
Familiarity with the unique challenges faced by small winery owners is a plus, as is an appreciation for the nuances of wine accounting.
