We value transparency, positivity, learning, flexibility, and collaboration.
We believe that documented processes are the foundation of our ability to work together to serve our clients efficiently and effectively. All team members are responsible for following, building, documenting, and improving all the processes they work within.

Open Position: Bookkeeper
At Northwest Wine Accounting, we exist for two reasons:
To help wineries thrive by delivering top-notch accounting
To build a workplace that is genuinely rewarding for our team
What We Do
We are a 100% remote accounting firm based in Washington state. Our core offering is to serve as the outsourced accounting department for small and midsized wineries.
Our services include:
Bookkeeping & payroll
Controllership & inventory costing
Regulatory compliance
Data analytics
Fractional CFO support & advisory
We’re a modern, people-first accounting firm that uses tools like QBO, Gusto, Dext, and BILL to streamline our work, so that we can make the accounting experience smoother and more transparent for both clients and team members.
Who We Serve
Our clients are often family-owned wineries at a crossroads—either growing quickly or tired of piecing things together on their own. They’re looking for an expert partner who understands the complexity of winery accounting and can help them get it right.
We love helping our clients make better decisions, build sustainable businesses, and spend more time on the craft (and less time in the books).
What It's Like to Work Here
We’re a small, collaborative, and fully remote team that values service, flexibility, and real human connection.
We take pride in being dependable, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful to our clients and each other. Whether it’s replying to a client question quickly or jumping in to support a teammate, we believe that showing up with care and competence is part of what makes us great at what we do.
We currently have a team of 5 accountants, 1 compliance specialist, and 2 advisors spread across the country.
